If (and this is a fairly big if, but still) the 3 per cent to 10 per cent figure holds up across other industries, it could come close to equaling the $700 billion stimulus package for the financial industry.

If our economies weren&#039;t being leeched so badly by fraudsters, the economic downturn would not be quite so bad, at least for us folks working in legitimate enterprises. Clearly, someone is still making a lot of money.</description>
