		<description>As a victim of the Ohio data theft (pharmacy records) and a member of OPERS, I have asked both the Ohio Dept. of Taxation and Medco why my pharmacy records were given to yhe Dept. of Taxation.  Both have refused to divulge that information. Do you know?</description>
